Respect & Protect our Embryos India

Donation protected
Surrogacy Advocacy Abroad, is an advocacy group created for and by Australians, with the current pressing issues around the release new Art Guidelines along with the ICMR issuing the letter advising Surrogacy is finished for foreigners we are committed to helping our fellow clinics in fighting for India to stay open to foreigners as well as the return of Australians to access surrogacy in India.

SAA is going Global we need your help,

As with the Current arguments currently being heard in the High Court of India, due back to Court on the 24th of November 2015;

Our Indian legal team will debate on Ethical Considerations of our stored embryos;

What will happen to our embryos will largely depend on the final court ruling?

We will also ask the court to consider a subsequent order if the ruling isn’t in the favour of surrogacy continuing for foreigners in India; we will ask the court for a stay on the order with a grace period to allow ALL foreigners the opportunity complete their families with their genetic material that is currently in India.

Our Ethical consideration is also upon the individual's belief about human life specifically when an embryo becomes a human person:

Depending on our own religion or beliefs, we all will have different beliefs, feelings and thoughts around destroying our embryos.

What does unite us all in this, is our Journey in how our embryo’s were created in India through that only opportunity India have gave us which we are all entirely grateful with much respect to India. Most of us suffered loss, years of infertility or the opportunity based on our sexuality, India once gave us that opportunity to create our families, some of us may have finished creating our families, some are desperate for sibling projects, and others haven’t had the opportunity to start.

Our argument in Locus “public interest” submission to the court will argue; “We view an-embryo as a potential person.” At this stage, as an embryo it does have the potential to grow into a foetus and become a newborn baby.

Treat our embryos with respect, because of their potential to develop into human persons.

That general consensus believe that human personhood begins at conception. Thus, a just-fertilized ovum is a full human being. It should have the right to life, and to have all of the other legal rights of the genetic citizen “Intended Parent” that permission was granted by India at time of conception, all countries including Australians be allowed to have the opportunity to complete their families, based on the Laws at the time of conception.

There are, hundreds of thousands of embryos that have been deep-frozen in fertility clinics across India, Hundreds and thousands of families this effects we need all of you right now!!

We are asking anyone globally who has frozen embryo’s in India to be take part in our class action by  paying $150.00, you will get a receipt notification you are part of the class action, receive direct updates from our legal team, email your full name, age, address, how many embryo’s you have currently stored to please do this by visitng our website as we are unable to publish our emails on here.

We are asking anyone else whether you have completed your family, or a auntie, uncle, grandparent, and or friend thorough surrogacy you know firsthand how surrogacy changes lives please donate anything today whether it’s large or small for the purpose of the current legal proceedings in India to stop the ICMR banning foreigners.
