Surprise Streaming Computer for Input Command!

My Best Friend™ and roommate, InputCommand, is a freelance artist and streamer by trade! For five years he has drawn a delightful comic diary every single day! For seven years now he's done digital art on worn down old laptops, and just last year I cobbled together a desktop for him out of leftover parts I had laying around.
Well that desktop is already showing it's (lack of) quality in his streams. He often needs to downgrade graphics and streaming quality in order to maintain a smooth feed for his viewers, and he's been seeing more and more hardware glitches. It's time for an upgrade to some more modern equipment!
To be specific I intend to build on one of the following lists with tweaks to fit final budget and parts availability.
- Excellent AMD Streaming Build ($1096
- Magnificent AMD Streaming Build ($1395)
- GLORIOUS AMD Streaming Build! ($2189)
I'd love to make this a group Christmas gift from all of us to him! So I'm setting the campaign deadline for December 25th upon which date I'll make my own triple digit contribution to bring us to a workable budget, then reveal this campaign and it's results to him!
This would mean a ton to both him and I, as he relies on his computer daily for income and enjoyment, and I want him to have the tools he needs for success as a streamer and artist!
