Surgery To Remove Nazi Tattoo.

When i was 13y i've joined a Nazi Group, and have tatted as well the Symbol on my leg. Now i'm older and i want to get rid of it. The operation is 1500€, i can't have that money. I can't go to the beach 'cause the people want to beat me 'cause of the tattoo..... i'm desesperating. Help please.
