Surgery needed to save a foot

On September 25, 2017,  Adan Chavarin Garcia fell and broke his leg and ankle.  He was transported by ambulance to the hospital. Surgery was performed to repair his injuries. After spending a few days in the hospital he returned home to his wife, children, and nephews whom he supports as a self-employed swimming pool maintenance and home repair person for approximately 25 homes. These homes are located 175 steps from top to bottom on the side of a mountain in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.  Adan's son and nephew are continuing the responsibilities of the business while Adan's wife Gabby, who regularly works as a maid, has had to help them in addition to her normal responsibilities. Now a year later Adan's ankle has not healed it has an infection and is deformed to the point that he must stay in bed with it elevated most of the day. Adan needs another surgery to repair the ankle and remove the metal that his body is rejecting. I am asking you for help with the surgery, tests before surgery, medicine and physical therapy for 10 weeks. The family is still having problems keeping up with normal living expenses plus ongoing medical expenses.  Adan's medical bills from going to the doctor, medications and physical therapy have taken a huge toll on this wonderful family.  Of course,  Adan is not able to walk very far or work but we hope this changes after this surgery. Adan and his family are friends to all without regard to country of origin and need our help during this difficult time. He is the type of guy that would help anyone if he could.
