Surgery needed for my "furbaby"

Hello, my name is Nancy Jackson and I desperately need help for my "furbaby" Angel.  About 3 months ago she jumped off the back porch and injured her back left knee and has been in pain and has trouble walking ever since.  The vet says she has a torn ACL that will not heal without surgery.  He also said if we wait much longer her other back knee will go out as it is bearing most of her weight and then she wont be able to walk at all. 

I used to sew blankets & quilts and sell them to pay my vet bills but I am in need of a liver transplant and am too weak and tired to sew anymore.  I hate to ask for help, especially right after the holidays, but I am desperate.  She is all I have and I couldn't bear losing her, if the other knee goes the price will be much more and I am afraid we may have to put her down. 

Please, if you could spare anything it would be greatly appreciated!  Her surgery is scheduled for January 18th if we can raise the money for her.
