Surgery from motorcycle accident

My names Michael, back on May 21, 2020 I was in the worst accident of my life. My motorcycles throttle stuck open and I panicked and locked up the brakes which sent me over the handle bars. I was rushed to the hospital to find out I broke my collarbone in 3 places, fractured my wrist, broke my nose, and had a ton of road rash. All the doctors and nurses told me they don’t know how I survived this accident, but by the grace of god I did and got another chance! I spent 5 days in the hospital and I had to have 4 stitches in my nose, my wrist in a brace, and I had to have surgery to repair my collarbone. My collarbone had to have a plate and 8 screws put in to repair it. On top of all this I was laid off due to covid. I am currently in physical therapy 3 days a week building my strength back in my right shoulder. I’m trying to get cleared from my surgeon to be able to go out and find a job so I can have a income again. My medical bills are starting to come in and bury me in debt. I hate asking for help but any help is greatly appreciated.
