Surgery for Tara to Breath

I need multiple surgery on my nose.A disease called wegners granuloses ate the cartilage out of my nose.Causing it to totally collapse. Collapsing meant I would be disfigured and would be stared at everywhere I go.I try not to notice but it hurts Besides being stared at it has made me lose my self esteem and breathing is very difficult threw my nose, almost impossible Now that it has gone into remmision I can have it rebuilt.It will take three to four months to heal. And because I am a hairdresser that will mean loosing most of my clients it happened when I had my last surgery due to my other disease called Chrons I sold my car to pay the bills But know I have nothing to sell. A really good Dr said he would do the surgeries required but I need for the surgery an amazing chance but without help I fear I will not be able to take the chance They told me I would need to br off work for three or four months.And without help to pay the bills And to get threw recovering clients. I'm afraid I won't be able to do it. Please help change my life give me back hope to go on. I'm tired of the fight..I need help putting on the armour to fight on.
