Surgery for my brother Tinker

As everyone knows Tinker goes everywhere with my dad and is his right hand in everything he does. Tinker is kind of like my brother in every aspect accept for species. Tinker is sociable, loving, intelligent, and most of all my dad's companion.
As most of you may already know, Tinker loves to lay under vehicles while while my dad is working. Unfortunately, while Tinker was doing this, someone moved their vehicle not knowing he was under their. He was dragged a couple feet until anyone noticed. He was rushed to Valley View Vet Clinic and luckily the doctor was able to get him stabilized and patched up a little bit, but unable perform the surgery that Tinker needs. That same night he was rushed down to a referal clinic in Malvern. He has a fractured leg by his shoulder and the skin is separated from most of his shoulder and neck. He is going to need a tricky procedure to fix his leg and lots of rest to heal from his injuries. 
The surgery alone down in Malvern could cost close to 5000$. The price is yet unknown. Plus the vet bill which has yet been tallied up here. We all know how stubborn my dad can be when it comes to asking for help so we are doing it for him, cause I have never met someone that gives more than anyone, so any little bit will help.
