Surgery for Lupus

So it was really hard for me to post this, and I thank my friends for pushing me. For everyone that knows me, you know I hate asking for  help, & I don't like sharing what is happening in my personal life. But it came down to me being really stressed out and have no other options. 
So for the people that don't know, I have Lupus, and with that I get chronic sinusitis which develops to chronic bronchitis. I get it at least 2-3 times a year. Doctors have told me they can perform Septoplasty & Turbinate surgery to help me breathe better, and hopefully never have these problems again.
Thanks to the great health insurance here, I have to pay mostly out of pocket ($7,000). 
Even just donating 50 cents will really help me.
