Surgery for Gumbeaux

One or more of our neighbors across the highway on the Mulberry River shot our dog, Gumbeaux, 4 x, hit him with either a vehicle or heavy club, left him for dead, and I found him 1-2 days later after lying in the ditch bordering our property and theirs for only God knows how long. Miraculously, he was alive. I rushed him to the vet, who could do nothing but x-ray, give him a shot for pain, and prescribe antibiotics and a muscle relaxer. My brother, Dennis and I called and spoke with 3 clinics- 2 in Arkansas, 1 in Oklahoma, and he was scheduled for surgery in Tulsa, we didn’t have the funds, so we canceled. Then Gumbeaux’s surgery was for the following  Wednesday, had to postpone until Friday, and had to have $3,000 deposit. Gumbeaux’s front and rear right legs are splintered from 3 small caliber bullets, his left front leg was also shot, his right rear femur was hit by another bullet, and he has buckshot from a shotgun in him as well. He was apparently in the road (gravel road off hwy between our 2 sides) or on OUR property, because there’s no way he could have walked after having his two legs literally snapped in two (as I was shown and told by our vet; I have pictures). Thanks to All Of You, we’ve raised $3,245! The bill is $6,000, so although we’ve made a huge dent, we’ve still got a ways to go. Gumbeaux’s surgery was performed by Dr. Mark Sharp at Advanced Veterinary Surgery and Rehabilitation Center in Fayetteville; he was transported to South County Animal Hospital in Greenwood, Arkansas. Dr. Sharp said we’re over the big hump of the surgery, but rehabilitation and possible future bone grafts may be in the picture. Notwithstanding, we will, by the Great Grace of Almighty God, raise the necessary funds and get Gumbeaux out Tuesday. We MUST HAVE ALL MONIES IN ORDER TO GET GUMBEAUX OUT❣️❣️❣️
THANK YOU ALL, and THANK YOU to ALL WHO WILL DONATE, Please, thank you so much ❤️Your prayers are greatly appreciated; Gumbeaux is greatly loved and full of love. He’s on antibiotics and pain medication, eating some and drinking water, wagging his tail when I say his name. After taking care of our Daddy for years, Dennis and I have not had regular work, so after his passing 3 & 1/2 months ago, I’ve not yet been able to establish steady jobs; I am a musical evangelist, missionary, therapist, and entertainer, doing the best I can.  Please, I am so sorry to ask, but they want the money up front; our dog is worth it, so if you can help, here’s the info:

P.S. Gofundme charges a transaction fee of 30 cents per donation PLUS 2.9%, So there’s no need to tip anyone, simply scroll to bottom and CHANGE the amount to WHATEVER you desire; it APPEARS that there’s an Automatic Tip Percentage, but you may CHANGE THIS TO “0” if you wish.
Some people are reluctant to donate as they don’t want to contribute with fees, PLUS tip. Understood. Gofundme has donated $1,000 THEMSELVES! Whatever you do donate to help, it is GREATLY APPRECIATED, and
Gumbeaux will run again! ❤️

I want to express my utmost Thanks to all of you so much, Believe me, every bit helps! I had been doctoring Gumbeaux on my own, when I found two more bullet holes that the vet missed. Gumbeaux was shot 4 times.
Well, we do whatever Love requires❣️
Gumbeaux is on the road to recovery. Thank you so sincerely, so very much for all your help.
We do still have a long way to meet our goal, but because of YOU, we’re on our way❣️
Again, my sincere gratitude. Lord Abba Bless you and All Your Beloved ❤️
