Surgery for Chloe, rescue Golden

We are raising money for Chloe, 7 year old Puppy Mill Mom who is a rescue doggie. Chloe is a beautiful Blonde Golden Retriever who was a Puppy Mill Mom. Mom's are only cared for to provide litters for breeders to sale. Puppies are removed in short order from their Mom.
Chloe tells me that she remembers everyone of her many, many puppies with love. Chloe clearly was abused as she is very timid and very afraid of long skinny objects like umbrellas or my Grands play swords. She also has anxiety meeting new people but not other dogs....she loves other dogs as they were her company not people. Despite being deprived of human love, she loves, loves people, hugs, and kisses after she gets comfortable with you.
In August, Chloe was spayed and then we learned (after she had been given a clean bill of health by the Rescue Center) that when puppy mill Mom's are spayed late in life (like 7) they are subject to tumor growths. Chloe was spayed in August. We adopted her in September. Her first vet visit (October) with us indicated that Chloe has a tumor which is red and radiating...she must have surgery while it is small and hopefully has not spread. This tumor is causing fatigue and some nausea.
Surgery is expensive plus medications as well and lab work to determine if it is cancer. I am retired on a fixed income and would so appreciate any assistance that you feel drawn to provide.
Chloe deserves love as she has so freely given and given her love to the many puppies that are out in the world because of her gift of life. Let's help Chloe have a good life with kind and compassionate care and love!
She is learning so many new things....like walking in the river; jumping up on walls (photo below was her first time jumping on a wall); riding in cars, taking walks with her friends in the neighborhood and going on mountain hikes, too! Chloe tells me that no matter what happens, she knows that she is being cared for with love. She says, that she treasures every single moment. I had no idea how much she would come to mean to me, my son and Grandkids in just a few short weeks. Let's help her have a good life! Thank you so much for your kindness!!!
