Surgery For Akela

Today my puppy came home bleeding from the face and mouth. We checked him out for a minute and realized it was more serious than just a cut so we then took him to the nearest vet and he proceeded to tell us that someone shot him in the face. He got shot with a high caliber bullet and broke his top and bottom jaw and knocked his teeth out. He needs facial reconstruction surgery numerous other things and any kind of donation will be very helpful. Thank you in advance.
