Surgery and Hospital

Donation protected
I am born and raised the the Tri-Cities Washington where I still live.
The picture is May 27th 2020. In 2017 I was driving a semi and rearended. I left the scene in an ambulance and havent worked since. 1 year to the day after the accident I was fired and taken off long term dissability. Lawyers got involved and it got stupid.
Now almost 3 years later I am still unemployed and not able to work. I have had 3 surgeries so far and still am looking forward to 3-4 more. There were 5 blown discs pushing on my spinal cord. I did get Social Security Dissability which doesn't cover my monthly bills. I also am on Medicare but, under 65 there is no supplement insurance available in Washington state.  Medicare also is asking me to personally reimburse them for the surgeries they have paid for since my employer or the driver of the car that rearended me should be liable. That goes back to the crazy part.
I owe Viginia Mason in Yakima. I asked them for assistance. Prior to neck surgery I was told they would forgive the excess. Since surgery they informed me that they will not assist since I dont live in their county leaving me with even more unexpected bills.
I have an upcoming appointment with a shoulder surgeon in the Tri-Cities  for my left shoulder which they thought the fusions would alleviate, I guess thats more of the crazy.
I have met with a surgeon in Walla Walla who now is in Spokane at Rockwood Clinic for hopefully my 3rd spinal surgery from this incident.
My right hand may or may not need surgery also?
Because of Medicare only paying 80% I have cancelled even my follow ups in Yakima.
I havent driven, by doctors orders, since I am under the influence on pain meds.  My family and friends drive me to all my appointments, weekly groceries, and needs that I can't walk to.
I am not destitute but would love to see all the surgeons and medical appointments so that they can at least stabilize me.  I do sell online to help my finances.
It also would be great to pay off my RV that I live in. My home/RV and credit cards paid off would make it possible to live on SSD until I am medically stable.
My long term plans are continued education so once I am stabilized I can work. Doctors have stated I will most likely never be released to drive semi again. Their best hopes are to bring my pain to a manageable level.
All of this from a on the job not at fault injury rearend accident.
