I am in need of a pretty major surgery on my cervical spine soon. I am unfortunately uninsured and waiting to hear from the hospital board for approval. As of last week, I've had to take a leave of absence from my new job due to difficulty managing severe pain and immobility. Not only am I in financial limbo w medical debt, I am struggling to pay my rent and bills for the next month atleast.  I applied for financial aid through St. Anthony and hope that I will be approved for help! In 2015, I was in a similar situation and the community really showed up for me. Really anything helps me right now.
