Please join in supporting the Spyker family following the tragic loss of their son, Jack. All proceeds from this fundraiser will go to assist Jack's family in paying for the costs of Jack's final arrangements. A common average cost of a funeral can be approx. $10,000.00 these days. While this is an enormous amount of money, I feel like it is a goal we can accomplish. Between Jack's family, friends, collegues, and the wonderful Paramedic community I am sure we can certainly make a dent in the large pile of bills from:

Jacobus J. Spyker died suddenly on March 17, 2015 at the age of 27. Jack lost his long and exhausting battle with depression, taking his own life. This loss has been tragic for everybody who knew Jack. We all knew Jack as a brilliant, dedicated, smiling and caring individual. Jack is remembered as an incredibly well educated Paramedic, avid photographer, and thrilling adventure seeker. Jack is survived by his parents (Jack Sr. & Dorothy), his sister (Britny), his girlfriend (Jillian), and countless family members, friends, and co-workers.
