Our beautiful friend Jani Guerra, or Ms. “G” as her students call her, was waiting at the bus stop when she was assaulted by a stranger. He punched her in the face several times resulting in a fractured nose and septum and requiring surgery. She is still recovering from the surgery and she is seeing a pain management doctor because her back and neck also was hurt from the attack. She is hoping to heal well and recover from this awful experience soon.
Jani has always been a person dedicated to others. She is a caring friend who goes above and beyond to listen and be present when her friends are in need. For the past 10 years she has been an extraordinary Special Education teacher. Her dedication for teaching, her beautiful soul, her love for traveling and her passion to live life to the fullest can be felt by anyone she meets.
Jani has touched and continues to touch the lives of so many in countless ways. We only hope that we have the opportunity to help her in this time of need, as she has done for many before.
Jani is currently recovering from surgery and seeing different doctors and seeking counseling. Any generous donation will be used to assist her pay for medical bills and time off she need to take from work.
Fortunately the police were able to catch the guy thanks to the witnesses and cameras around the area. Thankfully he is now in jail awaiting sentencing.

Nuestra hermosa amiga Jani Guerra o Ms. “G” como sus estudiantes la llaman, esperaba en la estación del bus cuando un extraño la ataco. El la golpeo algunas veces en la cara causandole fracturas en la nariz rompiendole el tabique requeriendo de cirugía. En este momento se esta recuperando de la cirugía y esta viendo a un especialista para el manejo del dolor porq tambien su cuello y espalda fueron afectados por el ataque. Jani espera poder sanarse y recuperarse pronto de esta horrible experiencia.
Jani siempre a sido una persona decicada a los demas. Una amiga cariñosa que va mas alla, para escuchar y estar presente cuando sus amigos la necesitan. Por 10 años ella a sido una extraordinaria maestra de niños especiales. Su dedicacion por educar, su charisma, su amor por viajar y su passion por vivir la vida al maximo se puede sentir por todos quien la conocen.
Jani a tocado y continua tocando la vida de muchos en diversas formas. Ahora espero que amigos y familiares tengamos la oportunidad de ayudarla en este tiempo cuando ella mas nos necesita.
Ahora ests en recuperación de la cirugía, viendo diferentes doctores y buscando consegeria. Las donaciones seran para ayudarla a cubril gastos medicos y tiempo fuera de su trabajo.
Afortunadamente gracias a la ayuda de testigos y camaras en el area la policia logro detener al delicuente, y ahora esta en la carcel esperando por su sentencia.
