<div>My big brother Tommy - my first friend in life and one of my favorite people in the world - was recently diagnosed with <strong>Multiple Myeloma</strong>, a rare and very serious form of <strong>blood cancer.</strong>

<div>Family means everything to Tommy. He and his wife Kristine are raising four incredible kids Randy, Julianna, Molly, and Thomas. He’s a proud theatre dad, a loyal behind-the-scenes helper, and the kind of father who shows up fully for everything his kids love.

<div>And not just his immediate family, but his large group of friends and a big, tight-knit extended family with so many cousins who grew up like siblings, always in each other’s lives and always showing up when it matters most.

<div>Now, he needs that same love and support around him.

<div>Tommy has already begun <strong>intensive chemotherapy</strong>. This summer, he will undergo a <strong>stem cell transplant</strong> that will require a long hospital stay, isolation from his family, and a difficult road to recovery.

<div>For decades, he’s been a constant presence in our community, coaching hockey with the <strong>Ramapo Saints</strong>, supporting <strong>Park Ridge Baseball</strong>, running the <strong>New York City Roller Hockey League</strong> for over 20 years, and mentoring generations of young athletes. Now he’s even coaching the kids of the players he coached years ago.

<div>Tommy has organized charity tournaments, built teams like <strong>Team Bergenfield</strong> and the <strong>Bergenfield Bruins</strong>, and used the sports he loves to bring people together and give back.

<div>On any given night, you’d find him at the rink, on the field, in the stands, or just outside the spotlight helping someone else shine.
