 Supporting the Family of Christopher “Crickey” Roche

 It is with profound sadness that we are reaching out to the Gaeil Colmcille family, the wider GAA community and friends at home and abroad to
</div>
<div>
 support the family of our former member and friend, Christopher “Crickey” Roche, following his tragic death in a road traffic accident.
</div>

</div>
<div>
 Crickey was a hugely talented footballer and hurler and a proud member of Gaeil Colmcille. He was part of our 1991 Meath Senior Championship-winning team, a group that holds a very special place in the history of our club.

<div>
 Originally from Fr. McCullen Park in Kells, Crickey later emigrated to America, where he built a life and raised his family. He and his wife have seven children, aged between 11 and 19.

<div>

</div>
<div>
 Tragically, Crickey lost his life in the accident, while his wife was also seriously injured. Their family is now facing an unimaginable loss and a very difficult road ahead.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 As a club, we want to do what we can to support Crickey's wife and their seven children during this devastating time.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We are asking friends of Gaeil Colmcille, the wider GAA community, the people of Kells and Meath, and all those who knew Crickey during his years at home and abroad to come together and help his family.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Any contribution, no matter how large or small, will make a difference and will go towards supporting his wife and children as they navigate the difficult months and years ahead.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 For those who knew Crickey, this is an opportunity to remember a wonderful footballer, hurler, teammate, friend and proud Gaeil..
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 For those who did not know him, we hope you will help us support a family who have suffered an unimaginable loss.
</div>
<div>

</div>
<div>
 If you cannot donate, please share this fundraiser. Every share helps us reach another person who may be able to help.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 On behalf of Gaeil Colmcille, Crickey's family and everyone who knew and loved him, thank you sincerely for your kindness, generosity and support.
