Supporting the DiMarco Family

In July 2020, Joe DiMarco was diagnosed with stage 3 pancreatic cancer.  After several months, diagnostic testing and hospitalizations that revealed other ailments, but his pain was still there.  He pushed for more testing which revealed this devastating diagnosis.  For those of you that know Joe, he is an extraordinary man.  He is loving, unbelievably selfless, always putting others first.
     
     Currently due to Joe's health condition he is unable to work, and depends on his wife Yvonne to support them.  It is now time for all of us to give something back to support them through this very vulnerable time.

     Joe is married to his loving and caring wife Yvonne for 19 years.  Joe comes from a very large close knit extended family as well as countless friends.  During this difficult time the support of his wife, family and friends has kept him strong minded and positive for the long road ahead.

     Joe is currently undergoing extensive chemotherapy treatments, as well as tests and doctors appointments in the hopes of his tumor shrinking.

     Joe is a member of American Legion Post #1456, he has always been involved in the various fundraising events to raise money for the Veterans.   That’s the kind of person Joe is, always wanting to help others.  Back in April during the heart of the pandemic his wife Yvonne ran a fundraiser and she was able to send food to their local Hospital.  Yvonne is a Teacher assistant for Special Needs High School students, for over 30 years.  That’s the kind of people Joe & Yvonne are, always willing to give a helping hand.
