Everyone who knows her...LOVES HER!
On a Friday in August, Suz Colbeth was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. The doctor wanted to do surgery that following Monday but because of who she is, she told them no...she had a wedding that next weekend and she wasn’t going to let down the bride. That’s just who she is - always thinking and doing for others. She finally had her surgery on September 20th and spent 8 days at the U of M. They found the cancer had spread and they removed as much of it as possible when they operated. We are all hopeful that the chemo treatments will take care of the rest.
Because of the complications that come with chemo, Suz has had some additional difficulties which make it impossible for her to return to work for a while. She has been a well loved part of the Salon Innovations team for more than 8 years. She is a star in the Customer Service department, as well as the in house “party planner”! We miss her every day and pray that with great doctors and her positive attitude she will be back soon.
I am hoping that we can show our support by helping ease some of the stress that comes with medical bills and not being able to return to work yet. Please consider helping this wonderful woman - and make sure to include her in your prayers,
