As many of you know Stacey suffered a heart attack on Saturday morning, while at work.  After rescutiation efforts, she was transferred to Medical Center of Plano, where she remains in critical condition in the need of open heart surgery.

When I asked a handful of people to describe Stacey this is the response I received:

Stacey is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She is always willing to help and by doing her job so well, she makes all of ours easier. She would give you the shirt off your back if she knew you needed it. We call ourselves a work family because that's how it is in our ER, and she is a huge part of that family. Last year she gave me a Christmas gift on a really busy day and I lit up with joy, as did she because she enjoys making others happy. Praying that God will heal her heart, and for everyone who loves her so much.

Stacey is a true angle. Her presecsence alone is calming, she cares in each and every should and the lives she interacts with. Ive seen her give her lunch to families in the ER that had nothing, I have seen her work endless hours because she knew the ER needed her, and I have seen her cry with families and staff in the midst of heart ache. She is always asking how she can help and she take initiative to help without being asked. She puts others before herself and is selfless in her actions. We have a lot to learn from her, her time on earth is not done, for she has many more she needs to touch.

Stacey has such a big heart, she's always caring for others and its a breathe of fresh air to see her in the mornings, she knows how to make everyones day better.

I rushed my daughter the the ER, Stacey was working behind the desk. She brought us apple juice, kept us talking, and even prayed for us as the doctors and nurses worked furiously over my daughter. I cannot even begin to describe the calming prescense that she was in the moments.  She is a beautiful woman and has been such a blessing.

Stacey has the kindest soul and has shown me so much love and compassion

As Stacey has been there for each of us, its our turn to be there for her!
