Our hearts are heavy after a terrible accident on July 20th. Our dad, who is 66, was critically injured after falling approximately 12 ft headfirst while trimming trees. He was rushed to the hospital, sustaining a severe head injury that required 20 stitches and a fracture to his C2 vertebra.

Our dad is one of the most resilient people we know and is desperate to get back on his feet, but the recovery ahead is long and painful. He is having significant difficulty walking, and every movement is critical. He is in constant pain and struggles with even the simplest movements.

Due to the severity of his injuries, he will be out of work for at least 3 to 4 months. We are starting this fundraiser to help ease the financial burden of his bills, daily expenses, and medical costs that the VA may not cover. Donations will allow him to focus on his recovery without the added stress of financial worry.
