Supporting Pride in Regina Public Schools

The Regina Public School Board recently defeated the following motion by a vote of 4-3:
BE IT RESOLVED that Regina Public Schools recognize and support the celebration of Pride and fly the rainbow flag at our facilities each June.
Voting down this important motion about inclusion and diversity sends a devastating message to LGBTQ2S+ students and staff in the public school system.
This fundraiser is raising money for GSAs in Regina public schools so that they can lead the way on celebrating Pride in June of 2020, and related events throughout the year.

My name is Kent from Regina, Saskatchewan, and I started this GoFundMe to recognize and support the kids that need it most. GSAs and young leaders are so important for our community. All money raised will be turned over to GSAs in Regina's public schools to be used for Pride and related educational events.
