Blake, has always been a fighter. He battled his health from day one spending time within the NICU for the first few weeks of his life. He had a tumor removed within his early teenage years and diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease which our selfless Mother donated him a Kidney four years ago. Unfortunately, he received news that an aggressive form of SKIN CANCER is present requiring urgent removal from his face with a potential face reconstruction. Devastatingly, Blake has recently suffered a SEVERE HEART ATTACK. We are all absolutely devastated that these medical circumstances feel like an endless battle for him as he is faced with a very long road ahead with recovering as per his health battles he is not allowed to return to work at this stage and possibly never return to his beloved truck driving. He is a very humble man who has always worked extremely hard to provide for his young family not just financially but physically through dedicating his time and energy into his young children, particularly assisting to train and coach his son's football team over the years. We are beyond proud of him as he is by far our biggest hero within life. Sadly, Blake has utilised all his sick and other leave entitlements due to recent medical circumstances. We are seeking financial assistance on behalf of Blake as despite his hardship he is still too proud to request the support himself. As a family, we are all doing the best we possibly can to provide him support but we truly appreciate any donation as this would provide Blake the support to assist with additional medical expenses and current requirements.
