بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barrakatuh, dear sisters and brothers in Islam,
jazakum Allahu khairan for taking your time to read about my project „Muslim Women Coaching Center Germany“. I hope that these lines find you in a state of good health and strong Eeman.
I am a German Muslima who embraced Islam more than two decades ago. I was born and raised by Roman Catholic parents and grandparents in Germany. Reflecting on my earliest memories from childhood, I always had a strong connection to God, even though I did not yet know that His name is Allah (SWT). It was my fitrah that kept me on the straight path. As a student, and especially after the events of 9/11 that shook the world, I drew closer to the Quran. By the immense grace of Allah, I embraced Islam a few years later.
After completing my degree in business administration, I became quite active in Da'wah. I discovered that I had a natural talent for connecting people and bringing them together. Through many supportive and meaningful conversations, I realized that sharing the good word can make a significant difference for someone who is suffering during tests and difficult times.
Currently, I am a certified mediator and a certified coach with a systemic approach. Recently, I have begun the process of becoming an Essence of Life Practitioner to provide coaching for women from an Islamic perspective. Living in a non-Muslim environment is not only challenging; it also means being supportive of our Muslim brothers and sisters in need. In Germany, we do not suffer from hunger, but we do face strong Islamophobic tendencies influenced by the media. Many sisters experience feelings of depression, and the political landscape creates an atmosphere where Muslims often feel uncomfortable. Not everyone has the opportunity for hijra for various reasons, and many families have been established for three or four generations.
Through my new project, the "Muslim Women Coaching Center Germany," inspired by Sister Annie Yahaya from MWC Malaysia, I aim to establish a safe space for Muslimas. We want to work preventively and address issues from the very beginning before they escalate into real health problems or severe mental illnesses. I am at the very beginning of this journey and do not wish to transgress the limits of Allah by seeking a loan (riba).
My vision is to create a center for Muslim sisters who are in great need of such a facility. They are the backbone of society—after all, they form the smallest unit of society: our families. If a Muslim sister cannot take care of her inner self, how can she comfort and be a solid rock for her family members, including her children?
We want to help our Muslim community remain steadfast and raise righteous children.
Where to start? We need;
- a deposit for accommodation,
- furniture and
- monthly rent.
- Advertising for online services and on-site coaching sessions is also part of our project.
- Our staff is highly educated in the field of coaching, and we will provide regular supervision and methods of psycho-hygiene.
Please support us in establishing a location for conscious and meaningful conversations and coaching sessions to help Muslim sisters during challenging times.
For any queries, feel free to contact me.
May Allah swt give you the best in dunya and akhirat.
