<div>Many of you know Mimi from Cypress Cafe, where she has poured her heart into every dish she’s made. Sharing Korean food with the San Antonio community has brought her incredible joy. Cooking for others has always been her way of expressing love, and she’s worked tirelessly to bring people together through food.

<div>Now, Mimi is stepping away from the kitchen to fully focus on her health and treatment. We know this journey will not be easy, but we are standing by her side every step of the way. Our goal is simple: to help her regain her strength and return to doing what she loves most.
