<div>Lewis as he is known by most was in a car accident in Belnan in the early morning of New Year’s Day. He was airlifted to the hospital and has been in ICU since.

<div>Lewis will remain in ICU for many more weeks followed by months at the Rehab facility.

<div>His family is going through a families worst nightmare, they have a long road ahead of them and any and all help, even if just a share is greatly appreciated ❤️

<div>We spoke to the Dr's and the outlook is not great
</div>
<div>He has a severe brain injury and they dont know the extent of the damage or what kind of recovery to expect.
</div>
<div>They are expecting a long recovery. At least a few weeks in the hospital and several months in rehab.
</div>
<div>He has been weaned off of all sedations and hasnt had any visible seizures.
</div>
<div>He is showing a lot of signs that hes waking up ie: moving his hands and responding to us talking to him from time to time.
</div>

<div>He had a chest xray today, and going for an eeg tomorrow (that's to check for non visible seizure activity) they dont expect it but its routine.
</div>
<div>He will be in the icu until they feel confident that he can support his own breathing and they can take the breathing tube out.
</div>

<div>Other than that, he has good color, strong vitals and hes in really good hands
