Supporting Katie's journey through chemothrapy

Without much warning, signs or history of symptoms, Katie is facing a significant health battle which includes undergoing chemotherapy starting Wednesday, October 30th.

On top of the mental and physical impact this will have, Katie and Johnny will also be impacted financially as it is uncertain weather Katie will be able to work whilst undergoing treatment.

This page is an avenue for the community around Katie and Johnny to support them in a practical way by providing a pool of funds which can in some small way, reduce the pressure they are facing through this unexpected chapter of their life.

I've set the target conservatively for $10,000 which is about half the minimum wage for the 6 months which Katie will be on treatment and unlikely able to work. I recognise many people may opt to support Katie directly rather than through this avenue which is wonderful aswell.
