<div>I am running a half marathon on Sunday 18th October in Milton Keynes to raise funds to support two fantastic causes, Newmarket RUFC and Autism in Racing.

<div>The money raised will help provide essential equipment for Newmarket RUFC, ensuring players have access to the resources they need to train, play and enjoy the game.
</div>

</div>
<div>It will also support Autism in Racing who aim to help people with autism; adults as well as children, to take part in social and supporting activities linked to the national horse racing sport.
</div>

</div>
<div>AIR provide sensory rooms and quiet rooms at racecourses with trained hosts who understand your needs and can support you.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>There is a calm environment and sensory space with specialist care available for people who find a day at the races can get get a bit too noisy and crowded so they can take time-out.
</div>

</div>
<div>Every donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference in promoting opportunity, inclusion, and community.
