<div>Mike and Brett watched as Boston’s health started to deteriorate a week￼ prior; thinking he was exhausted from his trip to the Ecuador. Everyday Boston’s body had a new bruise and he was showing signs of fatigue. Mike took Boston to the ER on Friday, and on Saturday paediatricians confirmed that Boston has Leukaemia.

<div>This has been very triggering for Boston’s parents, as the pain of loosing their son Jaxson resurfaced, along with the countless hours, days, weeks, months they spent in the hospital with Mike after he lost two limbs from his accident.

<div>Those who know the Rousselles, know what wonderful human beings and strong people they are! But during these difficult times, they will need as much support as they can get.

<div>Boston, 10 years old, is the youngest of 3 children and resides in Cranbrook, BC. After learning the heartbreaking news, the family had to make their way to the Alberta Children’s Hospital in Calgary to get Boston the best care he can possibly get. Everything is happening very fast, as Boston went through a series of tests, and started his first chemotherapy treatment only a few days after being diagnosed with ALL-B Leukaemia (B Cell Acute lymphoblastic Leukaemia).

<div>“Boston loves to participate in sports. He mostly loves hockey , lacrosse, and wakesurfing. I would describe him as a gentle soul. He is kind to everyone and loves to become friends with anyone he meets. He’s always thinking about others. He is also very curious and loves to ask questions.”
