As we all start wrapping presents and getting into the festive spirit, it’s easy to forget how quickly life can change. Sadly, our lovely cleaner Ann has suffered a heartbreaking tragedy. A gas fire has destroyed her home, left her with serious injuries and taken all of her possessions.

Ann is the kind soul who spends her years caring for The Old Red Lion and its patrons - keeping it clean, welcoming, and running smoothly for all of us. Part of the heart of our little community, Ann needs us more than ever.
