<div>We are coming together as friends and colleagues to support one of the kindest, most selfless people we know, Ishani, as she and her family navigate an unimaginably difficult journey.

<div>In May 2024, Ishani and her family’s world was turned upside down when her beautiful 12-year-old daughter was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer. What followed was months of aggressive chemotherapy and, ultimately, a partial leg amputation. Despite this, her daughter – much like her mum – showed remarkable courage and warmth, continuing to brighten the lives of her dad, older brother, twin sister and everyone around her.

<div>Over the past 13 months, the family then endured countless hospital visits, multiple surgeries to remove tumours from her lungs, and the enormous challenge of adapting to life with a prosthetic leg. Just as they were beginning to adjust to their new normal, the family received devastating news that the cancer had returned.

<div>This time, the path forward required even more surgery, including a <em>full leg amputation</em>. While the procedure was successful, the recovery journey now includes regular radiation treatments and constant trips back and forth for hospital care.

<div>Throughout it all, Ishani has understandably put her entire life on hold. Since May last year she has stepped away from work to be by her daughter’s side every single moment - whether it’s sitting through long hospital stays, appointments or giving piggyback rides to get upstairs at home. Her love, devotion, and strength have been unwavering.

<div>We’ve created this fundraiser to help ease some of the financial pressure, so the family can stay focused on what matters. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go toward medical costs, travel, daily living expenses, and hopefully, a few moments of joy along the way, especially for a girl who continues to shine so brightly despite everything.
