Support for Kwanza & Jay

As most of us know, in May of 2016, the Johnson family's world was rocked with Jay's cancer diagnosis.
For the past year, Jay has been undergoing numerous courses of chemotherapy, radiation, ER visits, surgeries, hospitalization, etc..
Unfortunately, all of those treatments have not eradicated the cancer and now it is aggressively spreading, so he is in need of a more aggressive treatment.
As we all know, Kwanza is Jay's fiercest advocate. As his treatment needs evolve, it is becoming more and more urgent that she is available to get Jay to his appointments, meet with various oncologists/specialists and to be right by his side--without the added stress and strain of work and covering the bills right now.
She is contemplating taking a leave of absence from her job in order to facilitate Jay's recovery and to give her full attention to his needs.
So on behalf of Kwanza and Jay, I am looking to their family and friends for support. They appreciate any amount that you are able to give as a love offering in helping him in this battle against cancer.
From being a father, a son, a friend, a mentor, and an inspiration...odds are, Jay has touched your life in some way. Kwanza has been there for all of us through various situations and circumstances.
As their family members and friends and people that love them, let's play an active role in his fight!
