During this past year, it’s been hard on all of us, especially for those families, seniors, and veterans losing their homes due to foreclosures, evections, or personal disasters. Everywhere you turn, prices continue to rise, especially in the area of affordable housing. Maintaining and upkeeping housing (maintenance and landscaping) continue to raise as well. Unfortunately, this trend will continue into 2022, leaving many families from obtaining housing in good, clean, and secured neighborhoods.
We here at TM & AL Properties, LLC (Handyman & Landscaping Services) understand these economic, and dilapidated housing conditions plaguing our towns and neighborhoods.
