Pepe is the founder of the "Lincoln Bike Kitchen" which helps low income and at risk youth with free rebuilt bikes, as well as free bikes for adults who are willing to volunteer to help rebuild the bikes for youth. 
Pepe is also the owner of and main chef for Pepe's Bistro Vegan Restaurant which is a small independent business that also shares food with local community members to help promote healthy living. 
He now faces the possibility of the loss of his business as well as overwhelming debt from Prostate surgery that needs immediate surgery. We the community who appreciate him dearly are asking for help uplifting this wonderful man in his time of need. Help us help one of the greatest humanitarians I've ever known.
