Zyria is a loving mother and a caring daughter who has always gone out of her way to help others. Recently, she experienced a devastating assault by someone she knew and trusted, leaving her with both physical and emotional wounds. The trauma of this event has turned her world upside down, and she is now facing a long and difficult road to recovery.

 In the aftermath, Zyria is confronted with overwhelming expenses. She needs to pay for HIV prevention medication for 28 days, and she has no insurance to help with her hospital bills. On top of that, she will need ongoing counseling to heal from the trauma, a new phone because hers was stolen during the attack, and work clothes that were taken as evidence. Zyria has not been able to return to work due to the impact of the assault, and she will need to hire a lawyer to seek justice. All the while, she continues to care for her 2-year-old son, doing her best to provide for him despite these challenges.

 Zyria is known for her kindness and generosity—she has always been there for others in their time of need, including the person who hurt her. Now, she needs our help.
