This story will be kept very vague to protect the privacy of the individuals who will benefit from your generosity. I am raising funds to help a close friend out of an abusive relationship. As you know, this requires a significant amount of money for attorney fees, housing, and other expenses when a woman is trying to protect herself and her children from domestic abuse. If you have ever experienced something like this in the past (or know someone who has), you know that the laws can be tricky, especially when you are dealing with a manipulative spouse.

I can't say more, but know that any money donated will be put toward attorney fees and housing to take care of this friend and her children. I do not plan to share this on social media for obvious reasons. Instead, I will rely on text and email forwarding. Please forward via text or email to those who may be supportive.
