<div><strong>Vier Jahrzehnte in Berlin-Kreuzberg</strong>

<div>Seit 1981 gibt es <a href="https://www.malerladen-berlin.de" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><em>Der Malerladen</em> in Berlin-Kreuzberg</a>,- ein kleiner, aber geschätzter Farben- und Renovierungsfachhandel, mit Schwerpunkt auf nachhaltig gedachte Baustoffe, Renovierungskonzepte und Beratungen. Seit 1988 befindet sich der Laden in der <a href="https://www.google.com/maps/place/Der+Malerladen/@52.5013308,13.4301707,15z/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0xb3278f8ae64dcc8d?sa=X&amp;ved=2ahUKEwjXzM3FuLeDAxWf8QIHHQPwDI4Q_BJ6BAhCEAA" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Pücklerstrasse 30</a> und wird ausschließlich von Frauen* geführt. Geleitet von inspirierenden Vorbildern wie Tina Neuhardt, Katharina Oguntoye, Dorothea Zimmermann und vielen anderen war <em>Der Malerladen</em> nicht nur ein Geschäft, sondern ein entscheidender Teil der Gemeinschaft. Sie boten Werkzeuge und Fachkenntnisse, waren eine der Vorreiter*Innen im Bereich des Handels mit ökologischen Baustoffen und ermöglichten den Stadtbewohner*Innen somit (bereits vor bald einem halben Jahrhundert) Berlins Häuser in ein gemütliches und wohngesundes Zuhause zu verwandeln.

<div><em>Der Malerladen</em> ist nun bereit für ein neues Kapitel. Aday Mazuela, queere nicht-binäre* Tischler*in und erfahrene Restaurateur*in, hat den Laden mit Begeisterung übernommen. Ihre Liebe zur traditionellen Handwerkskunst und ihre Neugierde und Ansprüche an moderne Ansätze bringen eine frische Perspektive in das beliebte Geschäft. Aday und das <em>Malerladen</em>-Team glauben fest an ökologische, soziale und wirtschaftliche Nachhaltigkeit. Ihre fundierten Beratungen und geduldige Anleitung setzen Ideen der Nachhaltigkeit in die Tat um.

<div><strong>Four Decades in the Community!</strong>

<div>Existing since 1981 <a href="https://www.malerladen-berlin.de" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><em>Der Malerladen</em></a><em>,</em> a small but cherished paint and renovation supply shop, has been home to a communal self-made renovation shop in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Since 1988 it has been run solely by women*. Led by inspiring forerunners like Tina Neuhardt, Katharina Oguntoye, Dorothea Zimmermann and others, <em>Der Malerladen</em> has been more than just a store; it has been a pivotal part of the community, providing the tools and expertise to help turn houses into homes.

<div><em>Der Malerladen</em> is now ready to embark on a new chapter. Aday Mazuela, a passionate queer non-binary carpenter and experienced restorer has taken on the shop with passion and zeal. Their love for traditional craftsmanship and enthusiasm for modern approaches bring a fresh perspective to the beloved establishment. Aday and <em>Der Malerladen-</em>team believe firmly in ecological, social, and economic sustainability. Their expert consultations and patient guidance, transform ideas of sustainability into action.
