<div>My name is Xitlali and I am here to share my brothers and my story.

<div>My brother is currently being detained at ADELANTO DETENTION CENTER and has been there about 7months.. it all started on February 24 , when him and my mom both got detained by immigration, after doing a go fund me and for everyone that helped at that time I was able to get my mom out! But since my brothers case is harder he is currently still fighting! And I want to say that yes my brother had a mistake YEARS ago which made his case harder than my moms .. BUT he CHANGED not only for himself but for our MOM ! He did time his time for the little mistake he did then after that time he still went to rehab for a few months . People change! And he changed when others can’t even do that . The lawyer that we got didnt seem to be there as much for him when we needed a strong fighter for his case.. he never once went to visit my brother in person and everytime we’d go visit my brother we’d see a lawyer visit their client .. we thought “why doesn’t our lawyer do that” but we didn’t think much of it, when we should have PUSHED even harder! But honestly I don’t think it would’ve made a difference . This isn’t fair at all not for US and mainly not for my brother . The lawyer had us all thinking he had another chance here with us , even saved up some money from the gofundme for his bond! But while time goes by.. months go by, our rent is due and my mom can’t do it since she is my caregiver and helps me with anything I need . So with the little money my other brother helps her with she still doesn’t have enough so what she has to do to keep the roof over us and have food on our table is take a little bit of the gofundme money to help us survive.. And as months go by we are seeing that this proccess is taking longer than expected and the money is being used for our own good like the rent , groceries, my dogs needs . We are trying our best not to touch the money but it’s needed the most without my brother JONATHAN our biggest financial helper the one that helped my mom with the rent the one that worked overtime / day and nights to have enough for us..

<div>Let me start off by saying why it’s such a heart breaking and hard time.. 
</div>
<div>I first want to say that my brother IS my moms bestfriend ! Her right hand ! Her big helper that stepped in when my dad was never around for us . Her support OUR support . This is very hard on me because I’m currently recovering from cancer that I had got diagnosed with about a year and few months already , thankfully my cancer was treatable,, but I will say chemo was not the best times for me and never was being in the hospital for weeks .. when my days were hard on me he always knew a way to make me laugh . One thing about my brother is he is an amazing person , loves to crack jokes! Funniest person you’ll meet ! you wouldn’t regret meeting him! Everyone will be friends with him because of how friendly he is! But as I was saying he was MY support system not just by being there for for me But also by helping me by supporting what I need and what I want since I had to leave my job to get treated and do surgery.. surgery that left me unable to walk on that leg because in order to remove the tumor they had to replace my femur bone with metal .. this process was never easy but was to be trusted.. and I’m glad I had him there to help my mom when I couldn’t be there ! He never once hesitated to bring me food from home ( I hated the hospital food) . But thankfully with my surgery I no longer had cancer but had to continue with chemo therapy for safety reasons . I am now doing therapy for my leg that I currently am not walking on because of the surgery as I said above.. therapy has been rough these past 2 months and it’s only going to get harder .

<div>All I want to ask if for help. My brother is on the verge of self deporting since his bond was denied . Denied because the judge made his choice already before giving him a chance. He didn’t read any information that our lawyer had gave him on paper, specifically said over 100 pages was sent over and the judge didn’t take not even a minute to look at them which is heart breaking because my brother didn’t even get a chance . I can go on with story but my limit has came to and end . I just want my family back together, back to the old days . #ice #fucktrump ..
