Watch Me Suffer AND Support Wounded Warriors' Project
Tax deductible
Hey everyone!
Time for another “what is he thinking?!” moment—because starting Thursday, April 17th at 8:00 PM, I’m diving headfirst into a wild challenge: running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. Yep, you read that right. It’s called the 4x4x48 Challenge, dreamed up by the one and only David Goggins, and I’m fired up to take it on.
But I’m not just doing this for the pain and glory (okay, maybe a little). I’m doing it to raise money for an amazing cause: the Wounded Warrior Project—in honor of my dad, Bob Scholz, and all the veterans among my family and friends who have served with courage and heart. This is my way of pushing myself while giving back to those who’ve given so much.
Here’s the plan: I’ll be running a total of 48 miles over 2 days. WE ALREADY MET OUR GOAL OF $480, SO LET’S KEEP GOING!! The more we raise, the more veteran families are supported. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HAS ALREADY DONATED!
Thanks in advance for the love, support, laughs, and maybe even a blister or two. Let’s do something great—and maybe a little crazy—together.
Wish me luck (and maybe a nap or two). Let’s go!
Wounded Warrior Project
The mission of Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) is to honor and empower Wounded Warriors. Our vision is to foster the most successful, well-adjusted generation of wounded service members in our nation's history.
Every contribution, big or small, makes a real impact. Even just a few dollars can help move this mission forward and reach those who need it most.
If you can’t donate right now, sharing this fundraiser is also incredibly helpful. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity. It means the world to me.
