<div>About <strong>Wicked Creatures</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Step into a world of gothic horror, supernatural visions, dangerous ambitions, and secrets lurking beneath the surface of polite society.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In <strong>Wicked Creatures</strong>, the monsters aren’t just ghosts or beasts.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In pursuit of justice, Sonja Graves assumes the identity of her husband and entraps a young scientist for her own experimentation. Archibald Worthington’s only chances for escape lie with two very different women: Emily Clearwater, an “incorruptibly good” soul cursed with supernatural visions of the future, and Clara Hollowell, a crafty, foul-mouthed working girl with ambitions of her own.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As their paths collide, the line between good and evil becomes increasingly blurred. Who deserves justice? Who gets to decide? And what happens when the people seeking to right the world's wrongs become monsters themselves?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Join us March 18–29, 2027, at Arts Asylum in Kansas City for a haunting theatrical experience that explores justice, morality, power, and the darkness that can live inside us all.

<div>Why We Need Your Help
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>At Hypothesis: a Theatre Lab, we believe theatre should be more than entertainment. It should be a place where new ideas take shape, stories challenge our assumptions, and communities have a meaningful voice in the work being created.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As a nonprofit theatre company, we facilitate community impact on new works, helping bring fresh stories and perspectives to the stage. Producing new theatre takes more than creativity and passion—it takes resources, skilled artists, and a community willing to invest in the arts.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We're raising $10,000 to cover the essential production costs of Wicked Creatures, including:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>- <strong>Artist and production payroll:</strong> Compensating the talented people whose time, expertise, and creativity bring this story to life.
</div>
<div>- <strong>Set: </strong>Building the world of gothic horror that makes this story immersive and unforgettable.
</div>
<div>- <strong>Costumes: </strong>Creating the visual identities that bring these characters and their world to life.
</div>
<div>-<strong> Props</strong>: Providing the details and objects that make the action believable and the story tangible.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every dollar helps us move this production from the page to the stage.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your Donation Makes a Difference
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Whether you give $10 or $1,000, your contribution helps make new theatre possible in Kansas City.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Here are a few ways to think about your impact:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>- <strong>$10 </strong>helps supply the small details that make a production feel real.
</div>
<div>- <strong>$25</strong> helps contribute to costumes and props.
</div>
<div>- <strong>$50</strong> helps support the materials needed to build the world of the play.
</div>
<div>- <strong>$100</strong> helps support the skilled artists and production team bringing the show to life.
</div>
<div>- <strong>$250 or more</strong> makes a substantial contribution toward the people, materials, and resources this production needs.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>These are illustrative examples of how gifts contribute to the overall production budget, not fixed costs for individual items.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Can't donate right now? You can still help! Share this campaign with friends, family, fellow theatre lovers, and anyone who believes Kansas City deserves bold, original live theatre. Every share helps us reach someone new.

<div>Help Us Create Something Unforgettable
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>New plays need champions. Artists need opportunities. Communities need places where challenging stories can be told and meaningful conversations can begin.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>By supporting <strong>Wicked Creatures</strong>, you're doing more than helping fund a show. You're investing in local artists, supporting new theatrical work, and helping sustain a nonprofit theatre company committed to making community impact part of the creative process.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We can't do it without you.
</div>
<div><br />
