<div>It has been a tough road for me and my family,

<div>but now Iam on the fast track urgent list to find me a set of lungs so it could be a matter of days or weeks until I head to the Freeman Heart and Lung Transplant unit in Newcastle.

<div>This fundraising is to help with all the costs for me and my family having to stay in Newcastle where I will spend 3 months for the first leg on the road to recovery.
