<div>The Aquatic Sports Association of Jamaica (ASAJ) has proudly announced that Jamaica will be competing in the 2025 World Aquatics Junior Swimming Championships, scheduled for August 19 to 24, 2025, in Otopeni, Romania. This prestigious event will gather elite youth swimmers from all over the world to compete in swimming. To qualify for these Championships, athletes must meet rigorous time standards — and several Jamaican swimmers have done just that.

<div>Among them is Waldon McIntosh, a 2025 Upper-tier graduate of Wolmer’s Boys’ School, where he was a standout member of the Wolmer’s Boys’ School Swim Team, and currently a member of the Aquamarine Ripples Swim Club in Kingston.

<div>Waldon's achievement is truly special—he is the only swimmer on the team who is based and trained right here at Jamaica.

<div>Waldon is seeking financial assistance to make his dream of representing Jamaica at this  Championship,  a reality. His target is ( 4000 USD)  to cover travel, accommodation, and competition expenses.
