<div>On March 19th, 2025, tragedy struck, burning down a neighborhood cheers Vyyybe Bistro &amp; Lounge, formerly known as Flappers. As an old staple in Lincoln Park, the bar has been rooted in the city for over 50 years. For us, it was more than just a bar; it was the first noted Black-owned bar in the history of Lincoln Park. Vyyybe brought a place where the mature crowd could gather, have fun, and be safe. The fire has taken away income for some of the staff that relied on earnings made from Vyyybe. My mission was to always put others before us.
