Viviana and Enrique, along with their three children, are wonderful friends and the owners of Atascadero Bistro, a beloved local restaurant. Viviana and Enrique have been owners, operators, chefs, and hospitality wizards for about a decade. Their dedication to the community has made the bistro a special place for so many, offering high-quality food and warm friendship to everyone who walks through their doors.

 Recently, Enrique suffered an unfortunate accident while working on a home construction project. He has undergone multiple surgeries, and as a result, Viviana, Enrique, and their three children are unable to open and operate the restaurant as usual. This unexpected situation has put a strain on their family and their business, making it difficult to keep the bistro running without the regular revenue they rely on.

 The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward restaurant operational expenses, helping Viviana, Enrique, and their three children keep Atascadero Bistro afloat during this challenging time. For years, they have cared for us, nourished us, and befriended us, asking nothing in return. Now, as a community, we have the opportunity to offer kindness and support back to their family in their time of need.
