I'm Victoria, a Tufts University student with a goal to make the lives of children healthier and happier. I'm on the premed track to commit to a career of public service, empathy, and hope. It's important to me that I'm prepared to care for patients with histories and experiences different from my own.

Tufts Global Brigades offers the opportunity for me to volunteer for children in Guatemala this summer, building community and providing clinical care. Not only would I be able to follow my passion of medically caring for others, I'd have the opportunity to learn about and understand children with a different experience than mine.
