<div>Victoria has spent her life doing what mothers do best, putting her children first, no matter the cost. As a single mother of two teenage daughters, Amira and Madison, she has carried the weight of the world on her shoulders with strength, love, and unwavering devotion. Both of her daughters are her pride and joy, the center of everything she does. Now, one of them is fighting for her life.

<div> Amira, a hardworking Georgia State college student and dedicated cheerleader, has been diagnosed with stage 2 ovarian cancer. In what felt like the blink of an eye, the future they imagined was replaced with doctor visits, surgery, test results, and the terrifying reality of chemotherapy. As Amira bravely begins this exhausting and frightening journey, Victoria made the only choice her heart would allow, she stepped away from her job and was forced to take unpaid FMLA so she could be by her daughter’s side for every appointment, every treatment, and every moment Amira needs her mom. At the same time, she is doing everything she can to stay strong for Madyson, who is watching her sister face a battle no teenager should ever have to endure.

<div> No mother should have to choose between a paycheck and holding her child’s hand through cancer, yet that is the reality Victoria is living every day. Alongside the emotional weight of this diagnosis, the financial burden has become overwhelming. Medical bills are piling up quickly, and with Victoria unable to work, even basic living expenses have become a constant source of stress. At a time when this family should be focused only on healing and hope, they are instead forced to worry about how they will make it through the next month.

<div> This fundraiser is a lifeline. Every dollar raised will go directly toward Amira’s medical care and helping Victoria keep her family stable, providing a roof over their heads, food on the table, and a sense of security during the hardest fight of their lives. If you are able to give, please know that no amount is too small. Your kindness lifts a piece of this burden and reminds Victoria, Amira, and Madyson that they are not fighting alone. If you cannot donate, sharing their story means just as much. From the bottom of their hearts, thank you for your compassion, your prayers, and your support during this incredibly difficult time.
