<div>Veron Cordae Lockett was a junior at Mount Tahoma High School and a true bright light. He loved football and shined on the varsity team, bringing heart and hustle to every game. His future was full of promise, and his presence left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

<div>This past Sunday, our family was shaken when Veron’s life was taken from us in a tragic and senseless act.
</div>

<div>His mother, Sharina, is experiencing a loss no parent should ever face. Veron was her only son, her pride and joy, known to her as “Sonny Boy.” The bond they shared was unbreakable, and this is a loss no words can truly express.
</div>

<div>We want to support the family during this difficult time by raising funds to help with the unexpected financial needs brought on by this tragic loss.
