<div>This Veterans Day, the fitness community and all who honor Veterans’ service are uniting to support ValorFit, a nonprofit that connects Veterans with gyms, coaches, and fitness communities nationwide.

<div><strong>Why fitness matters for Veterans</strong>
</div>
<div>When military service ends, structure and belonging often disappear too. That loss can leave Veterans feeling isolated — disconnected from the team, routine, and purpose that once defined them.

<div>ValorFit fills that gap by pairing Veterans with fitness facilities and coaches who welcome them as part of a supportive community. Each Veteran receives six months of fully supported fitness programming, helping them rebuild physical health and emotional connection through shared movement.

<div>As ValorFit founder Troy Peterson, a Veteran himself, says:

<div>We’re raising $5,000 to help ValorFit sponsor Veterans across the country in their six-month programs.
