We are the University of Miami Women's Ice Hockey team, and we’re raising funds to support our trip to Nashville, TN for the CHS All-Star Weekend. Six players have been selected to participate in the very first CHS Women's All Star weekend, a very proud accomplishment for us. We are proud members of the newly formed Women's Division in College Hockey South (CHS), and we’re thrilled to represent the University of Miami! Women's hockey is very new in the south, with many teams having less than two years of existence. Due to being in a newly formed division we are expected to handle a numerous amount of expenses.

This season has been one of our toughest yet, with many sacrifices made along the way. One notable example is our senior defenseman and now allstar, Morgan Scola, stepping up to play in net this season. After a long, hard fought season we came up just short of a playoff run. We are super grateful for this opportunity to play together for one more weekend!

We are a fully student run and student funded organization so unfortunately we've hit a financial roadblock. This season, we've encountered numerous out-of-pocket expenses, including equipment, travel, and more. While we are incredibly grateful for the financial support we've received from the University, we unfortunately can't afford this trip on our own. After being selected to participate, the league requires personal entry fees, on top of expensive flights, hotels, and rental cars.

We are calling on our friends, family, and fans to help support our players who have put so much hard work, effort, and dedication into this team.
